“Rush Orders”
A Note From Paolo About “Rushing Orders”
After posting a video on tuxedos and their place as many men’s first bespoke suit, we were flooded with emails from gentlemen hoping to have one made for an upcoming wedding — often expecting a garment in weeks that takes several months to do properly.
At Paolo Martorano Bespoke, we do not accept rush orders for bespoke or Made-To-Measure. Rushing bespoke misunderstands it entirely — when you come to us, you are not simply buying a suit. You are beginning a relationship with a tailor who will dress you for life. We have clients around the world — men who take their appearance seriously and have chosen us to be responsible for it. That is a responsibility that humbles me and I don’t take for granted. Each garment passes through the hands of a single artisan from start to finish — a deliberate choice that defines everything we do, and one that cannot be rushed.
It’s precisely for this reason that we created our Made-To-Measure program — for the client who wants the Paolo Martorano standard but cannot commit to the timeline that true bespoke demands. It is a deliberate, considered alternative. Not a shortcut.
Neither urgency nor persuasion will change how we work. We are proud of how we do things, the singular style we have created in almost 10 years of business, and the distinguished company our clothing has kept along the way. My intention is to continue doing so for many years to come. When you’re our customer, you’ll appreciate it.
As always, thank you for taking dressing seriously!
