Returns Policy

How to Return:

  • Please note that we can not accept return of any product for exchange or refund which has been worn, creased, marked, or damaged in any way (unless the return is for a complaint of failure in wear).
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, and that any item(s) returned must be in original condition and unworn.
  • Damaged goods being returned must be in the condition in which they have been received; please do not attempt to modify, handle or repair them as such action may negate the return.
  • Made to Order trousers, ties and shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased in-store apply to in-store Terms of Sale
  • If you believe there has been a mistake with your order place contact and provide your order number, name, and photos detailing your  issue.
  • We will refund the cost of standard shipping if you return products which have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty.  Please note we will not refund courier, express, overnight or other such forms of premium return charge.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of product that has been damaged, is incomplete, deteriorated and/or soiled or in any way clearly indicating that the product has been used, or products returned after the deadline indicated above.
  • We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen products beyond our control, or for returns to the wrong address, or for delivery delays of returned products beyond our control, it being understood that the Customer assumes all risks of returns. The Customer is also responsible for providing proof of return.
  • Refunds will be issued according to the method of payment chosen for the original purchase, excluding delivery costs.
